Karl Wells interviews VOCM broadcaster, Russell Bowers, about the late Newfoundland entertainer, Harry Hibbs. Bowers has been a fan of his fellow Bell Islander for most of his life. He has researched and retained a tremendous amount of information about Hibbs, an amazingly successful Canadian musician and recording artist.
